In my role as a Designer on the Kohl’s Social Team, I’ve worked on a variety of promotional events, brand launches, total rebrands, and daily social content for the ever evolving scrolling landscape. Throughout my time at Kohl’s I’ve seen the brand through multiple rebranding initiatives, value messaging shifts and brand expression overhauls. My day to day involves social content creation, competitive research, trend ideation, and collaboration with Social Strategy Insights, Media and Copy partners.

Social media is unique in that the way brands show up is constantly changing with new trending styles, sounds and products. Designing in this space requires a flexibility and commitment to change I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Throughout my time at Kohl’s I’ve crafted new and socially native ways to excite the social scroller.
